Step 1 Consult
We will connect with you via video call or in-person (travel fee may apply) to do a walk through and discuss your organizational needs for specific spaces.
Step 2 Customize
After the consultation, KAYA will create a personalized plan, process, timeline, and create an estimate for your organizational project.
Step 3 Transform
We will begin the transformation and reconfiguration of your space(s) based on your organizational needs.
Step 4 Reveal
Once the transformation is complete, we will reveal and walk you through your newly organized space(s) and orient you through the sections and systems that will help keep your spaces functional and sustainable.

Decluttering & Organizing

Organize a small cabinet or shelf and create sections and systems that will help keep this space functional and maintainable.

Organize a section of your space such as a desk, counter, closet, etc. while creating sustainable sections and systems that will help you stay organized. This can include decluttering the space and categorizing items to “toss”, “keep”, and “donate”. We will work with products you already have or recommend products that work within your budget.

Organize an entire room such as an office, bedroom, kitchen, playroom, etc. This can include decluttering the space and categorizing items to 'toss', 'keep', and ‘donate’. We will then implement sections and systems that are sustainable and personalize it to your everyday lifestyle. We will work with products you already have or recommend products that work within your budget.

Prepare to downsize or move with our decluttering and packing services. We will work hands on with you to declutter your space and prepare it for your move. Services include decluttering, inventory, packing, and staging. We will provide a complimentary video phone or in-person consult and provide an estimate for the complete service(s) you need.

Travel Fees
Travel within a 15 mile radius of the Philadelphia area is complimentary. Travel exceeding that will be charged at a rate of $0.655/mile (the current IRS mileage rate standard). We currently provide services in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and New Jersey
Please note: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance, including travel fees and/or additional services, will be due upon the completion of service.
